1.Registration at ERSEM

You can register our courses by paying in cash or by card between the hours of 08:30-12:30- 13:30-16:00 in weekdays. You need to possess the documents that indicate you fulfil the conditions if there are any (you need to check out the course you are going to register )

There is the option of payment by 3 installments if you pay on a physical POS card swipe machine at ERSEM by Halk Bank Paraf cards . In online register  there is no installment option.

2.Registration by EFT/Remittance

To register by EFT/Remittance trainees need to send their both-sided identity card photos, full adress and phone number information, the course specific documents requested to ersem@erciyes.edu.tr e-mail adress. Received e-mail will be checked and an IBAN will be given to the trainee for payment of the course fee. After payment the receipt must be sent to the same adress. Indicate which course you are registering in the explanation part of the receipt. Once the registeration is done e-mail will be responded.

3.Online Registration 

During the online reegisteration process;

*If you pay for the course you become final- registered trainee, if you don’t pay for the course then you become a pre-registered trainee. Pre-registeration is requisitory.

* When registering online trainees are obligated with fulfiling the conditions. ERSEM does not accept any responsibility on this topic.

For example;you need to have psychology, medical, psychological counseling and guidance ,social services, child development, department of early childhood development,sociology, family and consumer sciences, nursing bachelor’s degree for the Family Counseling Course. Another example is that in order to attend children swimming course you must have passed the age of 6. In this respect you must check the information about the course you are going to register from our courses section and to pay accordingly.
