1.Welcoming the trainees and providing the necessary information requested,
2.To introduce the institution to the trainees,
3. To direct the trainees and fulfill their demands,
4.Providing a quality service to trainees,
5.To ensure that the Center's social media accounts are up to date and running smoothly,
6. To ensure that pre-registration information is shared with the relevant Center staff by performing pre-registration opening and closing procedures in training programs,
7 To ensure that the training programs to be opened and announced on the Center's and the University's web page and that if there is a poster of the program, is printed/distributed,
8. To meet with written and visual media organs for the announcement of the training programs that are going to be opened,
9. To convey all information about the training programs to the participants via phone / sms / e-mail,
10. To organize and follow the course schedule of the training,
11. To ensure the reproduction and distribution of materials for training programs,
12. At the end of the training program, to ensure that the certificate of success / certificate of achievement is issued to the successful participants and the certificate of participation is issued and printed to the unsuccessful participants,
13. To deliver the documents related to the training program to people in return for signature,
14. At the end of the training programs, to publish the photos of the program on social media accounts and make announcements,
15. To inform his/her superior about the activities related to his/her duties, to report problems and to make suggestions to his/her superiors about his/her duties in order for the system to function better and to fulfill other duties assigned by the Principal,
